Good afternoon Scottish Society Members!
We're thrilled to share that for the first time in many years, SSOW is hosting a true cèilidh — live music, traditional Scottish social dancing, and a great excuse to gather as a community.
Fall Cèilidh with Skyrie
Sunday, October 4, 2026 | 3:00–6:00 PM Station No. 2, 602 S 5th Ave, Wilmington, NC
Skyrie, straight from Fife, Scotland, will be providing the music, and there will be traditional cèilidh dancing that's easy to pick up — every dance is walked through and called out, so no experience or partner is required.
As an SSOW member, your admission is free! Just select the "SSOW Member (Free)" ticket when you register.
A few notes:
• BYOB, and a food truck will be on site • We will check names at the door against our membership roster, so please register under the name on your membership.
This is shaping up to be a wonderful afternoon, and we'd love to see you there. Bring a friend — general admission ($15) is open to the public!
